Multifamily Signage Package
Project Overview
Keen Signs & Graphics partnered on The Parker, a multifamily apartment community in North Augusta, to deliver a complete, site-wide signage package. The goal was to create clear, consistent wayfinding while meeting ADA requirements and supporting a smooth project turnover.
From initial take-offs through final installation, our team worked alongside the construction schedule to ensure signage was delivered on time and aligned with field conditions.
Scope of Work
This project included a full Division 10-style signage package:
- Building identification signage
- Unit range and directional wayfinding signs
- ADA-compliant parking and accessibility signage
- Traffic and safety signage (including stop and caution signs)
- Monument / property identification signage
Each element was fabricated for durability and designed to maintain a cohesive look across the property.
