Established Family-Owned Sign Company Seeks Account Manager
Keen Signs and Graphics in Augusta, Georgia is seeking an additional Account Manager to join our growing team of sign professionals. As a family-owned CSRA business, we believe in keeping a good work atmosphere, treating all employees with respect, and rewarding employees for their hard work.
Position Overview
The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the life of a project. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and coordinating with our design, production, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through networking efforts.
- Meet with clients to assess signage needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and project documentation.
- Coordinate customer requirements with design, production, and installation teams.
- Monitor project progress and proactively communicate updates to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience selling products or services to a diverse customer base.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and educate clients on available solutions.
- Ability to learn technical product information and understand fabrication and installation processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to increase personal sales and contribute to company growth.
- Ability to resolve complaints, manage customer expectations, and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in the sign, construction, architectural, printing, or related industries is preferred but not required.
